A native of Brisbane, Australia, Wade Jeremy William Robson was born on September 17th, 1982. He showed an affinity for dancing before he was even out of diapers, memorizing the moves to Michael Jackson's "Thriller" at the age of 3. Two years later, Robson won a Jackson dance/look-alike contest, getting passes to meet the legend following a concert. Wade Robson impressed the King of Pop by showing off moves dancers 10 years his senior couldn't pull off. As a result of Robson's skill, a professional relationship developed between Robson's parents and Jackson. After the Australian family moved to California, Jackson helped Wade develop his talent, with appearances in videos like "Black or White," "Heal the World" and "Jam." Wade Robson was not yet 10 years old and already had three impressive performances under his belt. An incredible array of accomplishments poured in before Wade Robson was even an adult: he groomed his acting talents on the television show Picket Fences (1992) and the movie Kazaam (1996), toured for two years with the Sony-created pop group Quo and danced at the 65th Academy Awards. At 12, Wade Robson was already teaching at Los Angeles' best dance schools and established his own music studio, where he wrote and produced songs in his spare time.
