Shaun Dingwall (born 1972 in London) is a British actor.
He was a regular in ITV's series of police thriller serials, Touching Evil, from 1997 to 1999, and later appeared in a guest role in BBC Two's adaptation of The Long Firm in 2004. He appeared as Scipio Africanus in the 2006 BBC docu-drama Hannibal - Rome's Worst Nightmare.
In 2002, he appeared as Thomas Osborne, Earl of Danby in the BBC One serial Charles II: The Power and the Passion, a series chronicling the life and times of Charles II.
In 2005, he appeared as Pete Tyler, the father of the Doctor's companion Rose Tyler, in the BBC science fiction television series Doctor Who in the episode "Father's Day". He portrayed the same character from a parallel universe in the episodes "Rise of the Cybermen", "The Age of Steel" and "Doomsday" in the 2006 series. Soon after he recorded an abridged audio book of the Doctor Who novel The Price of Paradise by Colin Brake. Later that year he appeared as a radical Christian assassin in a fifth series episode of the BBC spy thriller series Spooks.
In 2007, he appeared in the BBC television movie Learners, together with David Tennant (who plays the Doctor in Doctor Who).
