Shakara is a 2000 AD character, starring in their own eponymous story, who was created by Robbie Morrison and Henry Flint
The story is set in the far future with a host of aliens and advanced technology. In the first story we learn little about the lead figure other than the fact that they are a nearly indestructible warrior. In the second story though the character is shown to be some kind of being encased in the suit.
