- After graduating from Manchester West High School in Manchester, New Hampshire, he earned a degree from Northwestern University, then he took his act on the road. He worked with the traveling troupe of a group called Boom Chicago.
- While his dad, Larry Meyers, works with GE Trade Finance, his mom, Hilary Meyers, is a legendary French teacher at McKelvie Middle School in Bedford, New Hampshire, who is known almost universally throughout the town as Madame Meyers.
- He sees three distinct Windows of Rejection, which refers to the fact that ideas on SNL have three different opportunities to get rejected before being aired.
- He gets to work by subway from his apartment in the West Village. Once he gets there, it's hard to leave. Seth Adam Meyers (born in Bedford, New Hampshire on December 28, 1973) is a American actor and comedian who earned a degree at Northwestern University and has been a cast member of Saturday Night Live since 2001. In 2005, he was promoted to writing supervisor. Starting in January 2006, Seth became co-Head Writer, holding the position with Tina Fey and Andrew Steele.
On SNL, he has done impressions of such popular figures as John Kerry, Michael Caine, Anderson Cooper and Prince Charles.
Previous to SNL, Meyers was a cast member of Boom Chicago, an English language improv troupe based in Amsterdam. He is currently writing (and will star in) a movie based on an SNL sketch, Key Party.
He attended West High School in Manchester, New Hampshire, the crosstown rival of Adam Sandler's alma mater, Central High School. His brother Josh Meyers was formerly a cast member of Saturday Night Live rival MadTV.
He was a member of the Northwestern improv sketch group Mee-Ow.
