Senta Moses (born August 8, 1973) is an American actress. She is best known for her role as Delia Fisher in the television series My So-Called Life and as Phoebe in Beakman's World.
Senta Moses plays Beakman’s luxuriantly curly-haired lab assistant, “Phoebe.” She has been in show business since she was 6 months old, kicking off her career in Chicago with an embarrassing diaper commercial (her mom still has it on tape). Embarrassing or not, Senta must have done something right, as she has since appeared in more than 100 national commercials.
At the age of seven, she landed the role of “Molly” in the National Touring Company of Annie and racked up a whopping 487 performances. While pursuing her high school diploma at the Chicago Academy for the Arts, Senta co-starred in the blockbuster feature film, Home Alone, and its sequel, Home Alone 2, as McCaulay Culkin’s sister. After graduation at the tender age of 16, and with glowing recommendations in hand from noted movie directors Joel Schumacher and John Landis, she migrated to California to attend USC’s School of Theatre (Go Trojans!).
Senta has appeared in the feature films Choose Connor, Can’t Hardly Wait, The Blues Brothers (small girl/big hair dancing atop John Belushi’s car), D.C. Cab, Scream Queen, The Kiss, and Tequila Body Shots. Her television credits include Strong Medicine, The Education of Max Bickford, Everybody Loves Raymond, The Division, Touched By An Angel, Sister Sister, and Party of Five. Despite her continuous work in the entertainment industry, most of Senta’s fans know her best from the ABC drama, My So-Called Life, in which she played Brian Krakow’s love interest, “Delia.“ She continues to pursue her acting career and is currently producing her first feature film.
