Sandra Kerns (born as Sandra Borgsmiller in 1949) is an American movie and television actress who worked on television in the 1970s and 1980s before taking time out to start a family with her husband, Hubie Kerns Jr., a stuntman.
She is probably best known to viewers for her role as Mrs. Powell on Charles in Charge. She was a regular cast member when the show initially went into first-run syndication in January 1987. However, in later seasons, she was only seen occasionally but still referred to and still present in the opening credits.
She and her family live in Pacific Palisades, California.
