Saira Mohan standing 5feet 10.5 inches in her socks was born in Montreal and brought up amidst the picturesque Canadian Rockies, in the city of Calgary, Canada. Her mother is French-Irish-Canadian and her father is Punjabi. At 13, she got extremely lucky at an Elite Look-Of-The-Year contest held at a mall in Los Angeles. She won, and took up modelling at the tender age of thirteen. Her first modelling assignment was with Elle magazine, which was done at Bali in Indonesia. Saira has featured on the covers and centre spreads of magazines like Marie Claire, Mademoiselle, Glamour, Elle, GQ, Maxim, Stuff, Arena, Esquire, Scene, Amica, Vogue, Allure, She, Cosmopolitan and Town & Country. Besides, prestigious products she has vouched for in TV and print ads include Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld, Calvin Klein, Emmanuel Ungaro, Valentino and Victoria’s Secret, Mercedes 500SL, L’Oreal, Oil of Olay, and Neiman Marcus.
