Rosalind Knight (born 3 December 1933) is a British actress. She has a good theatrical pedigree, being the daughter of Esmond Knight and Frances Clare and the stepdaughter of Nora Swinburne. Nick Sidi is her son-in-law.
She is remembered for her roles in two Carry On films, Carry On Nurse and Carry On Teacher. She has made countless appearances on television, in shows such as Watching. She was a regular in the sitcom Gimme Gimme Gimme playing Beryl Merit. She appeared as Mrs Creswell in Jolly Boys' Outing, an episode of Only Fools & Horses.
Her daughter is the award-winning theatre director, Marianne Elliott.
