Richard Fancy (born August 2, 1943) is an American actor known for his long recurring role on Seinfeld as the publisher Mr. Lippman, Elaine's boss. He also appeared in series three and four of It's Garry Shandling's Show as network boss Mr. Stravely. He has also had two memorable appearances in late 2005 on Boston Legal, as a crooked Catholic priest. He also appeared in The Wonder Years. Fancy has played the mob financier Bernie Abrahms on General Hospital since October 20, 2006.
Fancy was born in Evanston, Illinois, the son of a radio performer mother and a salesman father. He is married to Johanna Fass, daughter of George and Gertrude Fass (both screenwriters). He has several children.
