Richard Clifford was a Bishop of Bath and Wells elect, Bishop of Worcester and Bishop of London as well as Lord Privy Seal.
Clifford was appointed Lord Privy Seal on November 14, 1387, and resigned on November 4, 1401.
He was elected to the see of Bath and Wells on May 12, 1400, but not consecrated, being translated to Worcester instead.
Furthermore he was also elected to the see of Worcester on 1401 and consecrated on October 9, 1401.
Clifford was translated to the see of London on June 22, 1407 and died on August 20, 1421.
