Ralf Little Detailed Biography -
Ralf Little (born 8 February 1980 in Oldham, Greater Manchester) is an English actor, working mainly on television. He is perhaps best known for playing Anthony Royle, the son on the series The Royle Family. More recently he has starred in the sitcom Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps, and Sky One's The Match. He has also appeared in a few films, including 24 Hour Party People and Al's Lads. Little is currently signed to play football for non-league side Chertsey Town but work commitments makes his appearances less than regular.
He is widely considered the favourite to succeed Tim Lovejoy as the co-host of Soccer AM alongside Helen Chamberlain, after Lovejoy recently announced his departure.
He is releasing his first foray into writing on August 6. He has co-written a fictional novel, The Golden Generation, with 25 year old author Stephen Morris. It is a charitable venture for Shelter. The novel is a coming of age tale about a recently single boy who is taken under the wings of two city traders. They show him the trappings of big money in the big City, but it comes at a price. The novel will be available online at www.thegoldengeneration.co.uk. It has received widespread press coverage including the Metro, Daily Star, Daily Mirror, The London Paper and The Evening Standard. The website contains a daily Blog and Biographies of the authors.
