Phil Leeds (April 6, 1916 – August 16, 1998) was a Hollywood character actor.
He was born in 1916 in New York City, the son of a post office clerk. He started his career as a stand up comedian and then went on to appear in several movies and sitcoms including Night Court, Wings, Ally McBeal, Everybody Loves Raymond and The Larry Sanders Show. He died of pneumonia on August 16, 1998 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.Leeds was 82 years old.
