Born November 26, 1973, Peter Facinelli is perhaps best-known as the star of FOX's 2002 television series Fastlane.
The 5'10" Facinelli grew up in Ozone Park, Queens, New York, in a family with a rich Italian-American heritage. He studied acting at the Atlantic Theater Company Acting School in New York City; his teachers there included William H. Macy, Felicity Huffman, Giancarlo Esposito, and Camryn Manheim.
Facinelli met his future wife, Jennie Garth, on the set of An Unfinished Affair, a 1996 made-for-TV movie. They married on January 20, 2001. He and Garth now have two daughters together, Luca Bella and Lola Ray.
Facinelli's next project is Hollow Man 2, which co-stars Christian Slater. It will be released direct-to-video in 2006. He can also be seen in films such as Riding in Cars with Boys, The Scorpion King, and Can't Hardly Wait. In 2004 and 2005, he recurringly appeared on the hit HBO show Six Feet Under, playing Jimmy.
