Patrick Fraley (born February 18, 1949) is an American voice actor.
In 1979, his first role was Hanna-Barbera's Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo where he did the voice of Blue Scarab. A decade later, he played the voice of Krang in the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles television series, played the voice of Ace on G.I. Joe and played Hillbilly Jim on Hulk Hogan's Rock 'n' Wrestling. Fraley also voiced people in the 1986-1989 seasons of Jim Henson's Muppet Babies.
In the 1980s and the 1990s, Fraley has appeared on other cartoons to his credit such as Denver, the Last Dinosaur, Rainbow Brite, TaleSpin, Garfield and Friends, Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat, Tom and Jerry Kids Show, Filmation's Ghostbusters, Bravestarr, Bonkers, Gargoyles and Angry Beavers.
His best known contemporary role was Max Ray in Ruby Spears's The Centurions. He also voiced Dr. Wu in several episodes.
Recently, Fraley has appeared on new episodes of the popular FOX series The Simpsons and Nickelodeon's My Life as a Teenage Robot.
He grew up in the Mormon faith but became a born again Christian later in life. He is married and has four children, all boys. He lives in Studio City, California. He is a neighbor and good friend of fellow actor Ed Asner.
