Nathan Gamble (born January 12, 1998) Age 10 is an American child actor. His first film role was Mike in Babel, for which he was nominated for the 2007 Young Artist Awards. Since then, he has appeared in Dry Rain, Saving Sam, Diggers, and The Mist. More recently, he played Commissioner Gordon's son James "Jimmy" Gordon Jr. in 2008's the Dark Knight. He also has a role in Marley and Me, a film based on the memoir by John Grogan.
On television, he has played a missing child in an episode of Without a Trace, a crossover episode with CSI:Crime Scene Investigation. He has also played a fatherless child in an episode of The Ghost Whisperer.
Gamble was born in Tacoma, Washington, the son of Christie Gamble; his parents are theater directors and run a drama camp for kids.
He also has a sister, Danielle Gamble who plans on entering the Hollywood business after graduating from high school.
