Marvin Andrews (born December 22, 1975 in Trinidad and Tobago) is a professional football defender who currently plays for Rangers F.C..
He has also spent time with fellow Scottish clubs Raith Rovers F.C. and Livingston F.C. and joined Alex McLeish at Rangers in 2004. Andrews is also a key player for the Trinidad and Tobago national team.
Before moving to Scotland, Andrews played for San Juan Jabloteh and Carib FC of Trinidad.
A devout Christian, Andrews also practices faith healing at a Glasgow church.
In the season of 2004/2005 (his first season with Rangers) he got injured while playing. The injury was supposed to keep him off the field for months but Big Marvin Andrews was only off for a CIS cup match and was back the next week as he believed God would keep him fit, a move that many Gers fans thought was stupid, but ended up glad to see. Marvin's leg was OK for the rest of the season, which saw his first SPL medal. He is currently one of Rangers' best and most loved defenders in the squad, who gets a lot of praise from fans. His goal and man of the Match song at Ibrox is "I'm a believer" by the Monkees, due to his beliefs.
