Maria Quiban (born Maria T. Aviso) is a news anchor for KCOP-TV in Los Angeles, California. She studied journalism at the University of Hawaii. Prior to being an anchor in Los Angeles, she was the weather anchor for NBC Hawaii News 8. Quiban has appeared in numerous television shows and films playing a reporter including Bruce Almighty, Cold Case, Everybody Hates Chris and Criminal Minds.
