Lauren German (born November 29, 1978 in Huntington Beach, California) is an American actress. She is probably best known for her role as the hitchhiker in the 2003 remake of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre as well as starring in the 2007 film Hostel: Part II in which she plays one of the lead characters Beth.
Her first acting role was as a "Lovestruck Woman" in Down To You. Since that appearance she has gone on to guest appearances in 7th Heaven and Going to California. She has starred in the TV show Sex, Love & Secrets. Her movie roles include A Walk to Remember (she portrayed Landon's ex-girlfriend Belinda), Simple Lies, and Standing Still.
