Kristin Cavalleri Detailed Biography
|
Kristin Cavalleri (born January 14, 1987 in Chicago, Illinois) She was the narrator, and biggest focus, of the second season of Laguna Beach. Kristin caused major drama throughtout both seasons on the show by dating Stephen while Lauren Conrad liked him (1st season) and just being plain Kristin on the second season. She became a fan favorite, known as the "bitch" because of her ways with men. But she once said that the editing made her seem like a bitch when she was never really like that. She knew she was well liked and used it to her advantage. Her best friends, Alex H and Jessica Smith (see below), are shown with her more on the Season 2 of the show, because she was the major star of the season. Now living in LA with Alex H., Kristin is attending USC. She is rumored to have her first film role, in a movie called 88 Minutes with Al Pacino. She attended Barrington High School in Barrington, IL for her freshman year before moving to Laguna Beach, CA to live with her father beacuse her mother could not take her partying anymore.
As a result of the recognition the show has given her, Kristin appeared in the October 2005 edition of Seventeen magazine. Also in 2005, she appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live along side Adam Brody of The O.C. and recently on Punk'd after being tricked by Ashton Kutcher's crew members. She will also be hosting a reality show on UPN called "Get this Party Started" which is rumored to be like Extreme Makeover but with parties.
Kristin has been romantically linked to several male celebrities, including Matt Leinart, the Heisman Trophy winning quarterback from the University of Southern California. As of December 2005, she has been linked romantically to Princes of Malibu star Brody Jenner, the son of Olympian Bruce Jenner.
On December 3, 2005, she attended VH1's Big in '05 Awards, as a nominee for the "it girl" of 2005, which was ultimately won by Lindsay Lohan.
