Kirk Wise (born August 24, 1963 San Francisco California) is an American film director and writer.
Wise has directed such Disney movies as Atlantis: The Lost Empire (2001), The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1996) and Beauty and the Beast. He also directed the English version of Spirited Away (2002)
As a writer his credits include Atlantis: The Lost Empire, The Lion King (additional story material), and Oliver & Company
