Justin Louis (born February 20, 1967) is a Canadian actor.
He was born Luis Ferreira in Terceira, Açores, Portugal. His parents immigrated from Portugal to Canada in his early life and grew up in North York, Ontario. Louis appears in the Canadian television series Durham County. His other appearances include 1-800-Missing, Dawn of the Dead, 24, The Outer Limits, Star Trek: Voyager,The Marsh, and The Pretender. He appeared in the film Saw IV as the character Art Blank.
