Juliette Lewis Detailed Biography
Juliette Lewis was still in her teens when she earned Oscar and Golden Globe Nominations for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in Martin Scorsese's Cape Fear, with Robert De Niro, Nick Nolte and Jessica Lange. Following that performance, Lewis earned roles in Woody Allen's Husbands and Wives and That Night alongside C. Thomas Howell.
Most recently, Lewis had a small but memorable role in Todd Phillips' college comedy Old School. Lewis' career also includes such films as Kalifornia with Brad Pitt, the indie classic What's Eating Gilbert Grape?, Oliver Stone's Natural Born Killers, The Basketball Diaries, Nora Ephron's Mixed Nuts, Strange Days with Ralph Fiennes and Angela Bassett, Quentin Tarantino's From Dusk Till Dawn, The Other Sister with Diane Keaton and The Evening Star with Shirley MacLaine, directed by Garry Marshall.
Lewis also recently appeared in HBO's critically acclaimed drama Hysterical Blindness with Uma Thurman and Gena Rowlands, and Adam Arkin's My Louisiana Sky, receiving Emmy nominations for both roles. She was also seen in Enough alongside Jennifer Lopez and Cold Creek Manor starring Dennis Quaid and Sharon Stone.
