Jason Mewes Detailed Biography
A native of New Jersey himself, Jason Mewes created the beloved character in Kevin Smith's award-winning Clerks and went on to reprise the role in Mallrats, Chasing Amy and Dogma. Mewes has also made appearances as Jay in Scream 3, Clerks: The Animated Series and most recently in Jesse Ray Boehm's Lucy You Love It. Moving beyond Jay, Mewes most recently completed roles in the horror thriller Sticks and Stones and the comedy High Times Potluck.
