Brother of actor Ben Savage and Kala Savage He appeared in the music video and sang in the choir on the song "Voices That Care." Took a year off from Stanford University to appear in the TV show "Working" (1997). At the age of twelve, he became the youngest person ever to be nominated for an Emmy as best leading performer. Graduated from Stanford University in 1999 with a degree in English Graduated from Brentwood School in LA in 1994 In 1999, his show "Working" (1997) was canceled because its ratings plummeted after its first season. They played, of all things, bickering brothers who were also superheroes. It was originally intended that Jason would voice the older, more aggressive brother (Hank Hall/Hawk) while Fred voiced the younger, more docile brother (Don Hall/Dove) as they had done on "The Wonder Years" (1988), but during the voice-recording session, they switched roles unexpectedly, so Fred voiced the older brother while Jason voiced the younger brother. His scene as a confused bellboy in Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (2002) was deleted. Proposed to his wife with a 5-carat sapphire ring from Neil Lane Jewelers. Wedding took place at L'Orangerie restaurant in Los Angeles, California. In lieu of wedding gifts, they requested that donations be made to Children's Hospital Cancer Center of Los Angeles, in memory of their childhood friend. Fred Savage (born Frederick Aaron Savage on July 9, 1976) is an American actor and television director. His most famous roles are in the movie The Princess Bride and on the television series The Wonder Years. A native of Glencoe, Illinois, he began his acting career at the age of 4, in 1980, in the film Dinosaur. His first kiss was as an actor in the series The Wonder Years. The show also led to his being the youngest person ever to be nominated for an Emmy Award for outstanding leading performer. He graduated from Stanford University, where he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, in 1999 with a degree in English. He married his childhood sweetheart, Jennifer Stone, on August 7, 2004. The two were wed at the L'Orangerie restaurant in Los Angeles, California. His younger brother is Ben Savage, best known for Boy Meets World. Fred Savage is currently a co-director of several children/teen programs on Nickelodeon and Disney. Savage is Jewish. Fred also plays on the World Poker Tour in the Hollywood Home games for the Childrens Hospital Los Angeles charity. In January 2006, he began his starring role in the ABC comedy Crumbs.
