Being born in Houstan , Texas David Cook has earned his repute as a singer who has been enlisted amongst top twelve contestants of seventh season of American Idol. After spending days in Blue Springs, Missouri, she is currently placed in Tulsa, Oklahama. In the year 2006, she has completed his graduation from the University of Central Missouri and grabbed the degree as a graphic designer. By any chance she has no relation with Kristy Lee Cook, his co-contestant in American Idol.
David has a passion for singing since his chidhood. When he was in second grade he could play musical instruments like the guitar and bass guitar. From 1999 to 2006 Cook became lead singer and guitarist of Axium , a musical band from the city of Kansas .In fact David gave his voice to "Hold," a song of this band which has been picked up by AMC Theatres Movie Tunes .
