Collin Chou (Traditional Chinese: é„’å…†é¾?; Simplified Chinese: 邹兆龙; Pinyin: ZÅ?u Zhà olóng) (born August 11, 1967 in Taiwan), sometimes credited as Ngai Sing, is a Taiwanese actor best known in the United States for his portrayal of Seraph in The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions as well as the Enter the Matrix video game. In Asian cinema he has worked in several films with Jet Li and Sammo Hung, including the 2006 martial-arts epic Fearless.
