Christi Shake (born August 22, 1980) is an American model and actress. She was chosen as Playboy's Playmate of the Month in May, 2002 and has appeared in numerous Playboy videos. Ms Shake's real name is Christina "Tina" Fistek and she attended Chesapeake High School in Baltimore County, Maryland.[citation needed] Her ethnic background is Czech, German, Polish, Swedish and Dutch.
