Chris Cagle is a country music singer and songwriter. Born on November 10, 1968, he was raised in Texas. After graduating from high school, he attended The University of Texas at Arlington for a short time but dropped out to pursue his dream of a musical career. He moved to Nashville in 1994 and worked a number of odd jobs to support himself while trying to land a recording contract. After years of toiling, his hard work paid off, and he was signed to a record deal. His first single, 'My Love Goes On And On', was a smash hit. He has since established himself as a well-known country musician. Chris got married in 2001, but the marriage ended in divorce a short time later. Chris is of medium height, with a somewhat stocky build, and sports a goatee. He is rarely seen not wearing a hat, typically a cowboy hat or a baseball cap. On October 3, 2005 he announced on his web site that he was not the biological father of his baby.
