Chelsea Cooley, (born October 30, 1984), is the current Miss USA and first delegate from North Carolina to win the Miss USA crown. Chelsea was born in Charlotte, NC. Chelsea was crowned Miss USA 2005 on April 11, 2005. She attented the Art Institute of Charlotte and hopes to be a buyer for the fashion industry. Chelsea is the daughter of Jackie and Doug Cooley.
