Carson Kressley Detailed Biography -
Carson Lee Kressley (born November 11, 1969 in Allentown, Pennsylvania) is the fashion expert on the American television program Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. Kressley graduated from Gettysburg College in 1991, with honors in management and art. While at Gettysburg College, Kressley became a brother of Alpha Phi Omega. He worked for Ralph Lauren from 1994 until 2002.
He is the author of the 2004 book Off The Cuff: The essential style guide for men and the women who love them (ISBN 0525948368).
In 2005, he made his acting debut in the movie "The Perfect Man."
On June 1, 2005, Kressley was a judge of the Miss Universe 2005 competition in Bangkok, Thailand.
Kressley was a member of the U.S. World Cup Saddle Seat equitation team.
Kressley wrote the children's book "You're Different and That's SUPER", the story of a unicorn among a herd of colts.
