Bokeem Woodbine (born April 13, 1973) is an American film and television actor.
Woodbine was born in Harlem, New York to an actress mother. He attended the prestigious Dalton School in New York City, as well as the LaGuardia High School of Music & Art.
Woodbine is known for his portrayal of characters in films such as Panther, Dead Presidents, Jason's Lyric, Crooklyn, Life, Caught Up, Ray, The Big Hit, Gridlock'd and The Runner. His television work includes The X-Files, The Sopranos, CSI: Miami and Blade: The Series.
Woodbine is pursuing a music career and is generally considered a fairly talented blues-rock singer and musician. He has made appearances in the Wu-Tang Clan video clips "Gravel Pit", "Protect Ya Neck (The Jump Off)", "Careful (Click, Click)" and in RZA's "Ching Kung". He has also appeared in Busta Rhymes video "Light Yo Ass On Fire", Tupac video, "I Ain't Mad at Cha", and Jadakiss video "Time's Up".
