Barry Watson Detailed Biography
Born April 23, 1974 in Traverse City Michigan, Barry Watson probably could have never imagined the success he would attain. Perhaps that is why he still humbly insists that he success was due to plain old luck. Barry Watson Was the third of four children (Scott and Christie are older, Kip is younger). Barry Watson's father was an attorney, and his mother a paralegal. At the age of 8, Barry Watson's family moved to Dallas, and this is when he began modeling. When Barry Watson was 14 his parents divorced and at 15 he took off to Burbank, CA and almost immediatly landed a six-month job on Days of Our Lives after-which he returned to Dallas and graduated from Richardson High in 1992.
At age 19, Barry Watson returned to L.A. again, this time determined to make it. For six months, while going to audition after audition, Barry Watson parked cars at The House of Blues. Barry Watson finally landed the role of "Seth" in Malibu Shores, an Aaron Spelling series. Then came Co-Ed call girl, a made for TV movie, but finally Barry Watson got his big break when he landed Matt Camden on the series 7th Heaven. Barry Watson's rugged good looks have had him one of People Magazine's most beautiful people on TV and TV Guide's 'One of the sexiest on TV'. When Barry Watson's not working, Barry mostly enjoys spending his free time outdoors in and around Los Angeles. Barry Watson also loves fixing up his home and spending time with his dog, Harsky, named after the title characters in his favorite television series, "Starsky and Hutch".
