Ava Fabian (b. April 4, 1962, Brewster, New York) is a American model and actress. She was chosen as Playboy's Playmate of the Month in August 1986 and has appeared in numerous Playboy videos. She is of Greek and Italian descent.
In 2002, sixteen years after her centerfold, Fabian was one of only five Playmates selected to become a Playboy Doll, a limited edition set of anatomically correct proportions and soft plastic skin.
