Luanne Ruth Schedeen (born on January 7, 1949 in Portland, Oregon), known professionally as Anne Schedeen, is an American actress, perhaps best known for portraying Kate Tanner in the sitcom ALF, which ran from 1986 to 1990.
One of her earliest roles was as attorney Sara Frank on the short-lived prime time soap, Paper Dolls. Her other television credits include Judging Amy, Murder, She Wrote, Magnum, P.I., Simon & Simon, E/R, Cheers, Three's Company, The Incredible Hulk, Baretta, Family, Emergency!, Marcus Welby, M.D., McCloud, and The Six Million Dollar Man.
Family
She has been married to Christopher Barrett since 1984 and has a daughter Taylor (born 1989). She is currently living in Los Angeles, where she is working as an antiquer and decorator. She also coaches comedy actors part-time.
