Allen Payne (born July 7, 1968 in Harlem ,New York City ,New York) is an American film and television actor.
Allen's first exposure on television was in 1990 on the sitcom The Cosby Show. During two seasons, he made several appearances portraying the character Lance Rodman. He also appeared as Marcus Stokes in an episode during season two of The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air.
Allen has appeared in many films, including New Jack City and Jason's Lyric. He has also studied dance. He currently stars in Tyler Perry's House of Payne.
