Aline Brosh McKenna (born 2 August 1967 in New Jersey) is an American screenwriter.
She attended Saddle River Day School in Saddle River, NJ. She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University, and went to New York City to seek a job in publishing. While there, she did some freelance writing work. A script she wrote during a six-week course in screenwriting at New York University helped her get an agent, and she later moved to Los Angeles, where she has seen several of her screenplays produced. She also wrote some episodes of Margaret Cho's sitcom All American Girl.
